What is the difference between Complete Kit and System?
A Complete Kit includes transformers, support, fixture adapters, and lighting fixtures
whereas system requires separate purchases for each of the items.
How many fixtures can I place on a MonoTrack, MonoRail, or Cable System?
The number of fixtures allowed depends on the amount of Watt supplied through the transformer
and the total Watt of all your light bulbs deployed. For example: A 300W transformer can support up to 6
light fixtures that use 50 Watt light bulbs.
Can I use Pendant fixtures on MonoTrack, MonoRail, or Cable System?
Yes, in general, fixtures can be used across different systems as long as fixture adapter is used.
What is the difference between MonoTrack and MonoRail?
MonoTrack is not as bendable as MonoRail.
My light bulb ran out, how do I tell what watt it is?
The back of your light bulb has the watt number.
What is the difference between Quick Jack and Non-Quick Jack?
From installation perspective, Quick Jack is a snap on while Non-Quick Jack requires opening up the
canopy to connect wire for electricity to flow through.

Which state do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is charged to transaction that is shipped to California destination.
Do you store credit card information?
We do not store your Credit Card information. Credit Card information processing is
done via Verisign, a leader in Internet Transaction and Security.
When will you charge my credit card?
Credit card will be charged immediately when you place your order. After final
clearance from payment gateway, we will ship you your order.
Can you send merchandize to a P.O. Box address?
We use UPS to ship all of our products and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Box address.
How do Casa Lighting calculate shipping cost?
All shipments are F.O.B. San Francisco. Shipping costs are those charged by UPS
as a function of the weight and destination of the package. UPS shipping rates are
determined by UPS site and if an improper zip is provided, such orders will be withheld,
until proper shipping address and proper shipping charges have been paid.
How can I track my order?
You can use the Purchase Order number (with prefix E1200) on your order confirmation email
and use the Order Tracking function upon login to track UPS shipment. Please allow 2 to 3
days for UPS site to have information ready online.
What should I do for incomplete, wrong item or damaged shipment?
Please have your Purchase Order Number ready and contact us at 510-772-3100 or email us at

What is your Exchange and Return policy?
Unless the reason for return is the fault of Casa Lighting, a 25% restocking fee will be charged
in addition to the shipping charges. In general, all Exchange or Returns must be:
* made within 14 days from date of delivery.
* approved by Casa Lighting customer service representatives.
* in its original packaging and never installed.
What is your Promotion Code? Where do I get one?
Promotion Code is one of Casa Lighting's Sales and Marketing effort to reward customers and
allow customers to purchase lighting at lowest price possible. We will put Promotion Code on
our website's homepage periodically. Please check back with us from time to time. Also, only
one code can be used for each transaction. We reserve the right to void the use of Promotion Code.

Price & Specifications
Pricing and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Even though
we keep all the kits in stock, there may be time where we can not guarantee merchandise
to be in stock. From time to time we change the parts, specifications, and choices of parts.
We reserve the right to add/ update/ modify any of the items in any or all kits.
Warranty
Merchandise is manufactured according to our high standard and is warranted to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of delivery. This warranty does
not apply to product damaged due to accident, tampering, misuse, mis-installation, standard wear
and tear, abuse or abnormal usage and in no event shall casalighting.com's obligation under this
warranty extend beyond the initial cost of the products. This warranty does not cover the cost
of reinstallation of products serviced under this warranty. No charge backs or charges for
labor or materials will be honored without casalighting.com, LLC.'s prior written consent. During
this period, should you experience a defect in workmanship or material, then a Defective
Merchandise Credit Request (DMC) should be placed with the factory. Once a DMC is issued,
product must be returned within 30 days to receive credit. All credits are subject to inspection.
Charge backs for the return of merchandise will not be honored. Credits will be issued and
determined only by casalighting.com, in the form of a Credit Memo. Additional materials should
be ordered as needed under a separate Purchase Order and according to our standard shipping
terms above. casalighting.com, is not responsible for freight charges associated with the
ordering of additional materials. Freight charges associated with the return of the
defective unit are the responsibility of the consumer. Except as stated above, there are
no other warranties, expressed or implied.
Dispute
Should a dispute arises, casalighting.com must be notified first by e-mail
admin@casalighting.com. Our first priority is to
settle the dispute, so please allow 3 working days for us to respond. All disputes will be
dealt with, in Alameda County, CA.
Copyrights
All the materials, photographs, programs and contents are hereby copyrighted, and cannot be copied
or used for commercial purposes. The kits contents are developed by casalighting.com and are based
on market demands. Since we are an online distributor representative of Alfa Lighting Inc. We may
use Alfa Lighting Inc. marketing materials as governed by the laws of Alfa Lighting Inc. Hence the
materials or photographs used here may represent Copyright materials used by Alfa Lighting Inc. And
such materials and their copyright issues will be governed by Alfa Lighting Inc.'s copyright laws. We
have carefully designed the web pages and programs and hereby declare that we did not violate any
copyright laws. If any such violations are found, please follow as per dispute paragraph. If documented
with evidence of violation, we are obliged to remove or change the contents within 5 working days and
for such damages casalighting.com will not pay any compensation in any form.
Privacy Policy
Casa Lighting respects the privacy of individual and customers and Casa Lighting does not collect
credit card information, such information will be collected and processed by our Credit card
Processing company (currently Verisign's CyberCash), which uses Secured Server. However, we
collect customer information mainly to serve the customers. Such a collection of customer details
will not be sold, rented or shared with any one else.
